For the development of its mission, PARPÚBLICA uses, in addition to its own resources made available by the shareholder or generated by its own activity, extraneous resources that it obtains through the financial markets, namely international, given the size and characteristics of the company.

In particular, the use of the international financial market presupposes today that the company has an assessment of the ability to fulfill its obligations, based on technical and professional criteria and carried out by entities accredited for the purpose and internationally recognized.

This means that PARPÚBLICA needs to have an adequate rating assessment , for which it uses Moody's and Standard and Poor's, two of the most accredited rating companies in the world. These entities monitor PARPÚBLICA's activity and regularly present their rating reports .

The ratings assigned are:

Moody's - Issuer rating:  B2 / Negative Outlook

Moody's - Senior unsecured: B2 / Negative Outlook

Standard & Poor's - Issuer rating: B / Watch Dev

Standard & Poor's - Senior unsecured: B / Watch Dev
